Oak Brook is listed for DuPage parcels only. A mailing city of Oak Brook does not move a Cook parcel into market. Cook County is excluded. Indiana is out of market.

Naperville, Batavia, and St. Charles are municipal electric. They are not treated as ComEd and are not listed as served unless an address is later proven to sit on a ComEd bill.

What EverLume offers

The lead offer is residential rooftop solar. The homeowner buys the power the roof makes instead of buying all of it from the utility. The panels and the battery stay with EverLume for the term of the agreement, with a buyout option after five years.

Because the hardware stays with EverLume for the term, repair, replacement, and monitoring during the term are EverLume’s cost. Permits, equipment, inspection, and monitoring are handled by EverLume.

If the house is sold, the agreement transfers. That is the term already stated on the EverLume homepage.

If a household has the cash and wants to own a system on day one, that path exists. For some households a cash purchase is genuinely the better deal. EverLume would rather say so than talk a house into the wrong structure.

What qualification looks at

EverLume looks at the roof, usage, and the ComEd bill. A ZIP code is not the qualify check. Some houses are not a fit, and EverLume will say so.

Numbers — the actual rate and the actual bill, next to what the house pays now — are given in writing before anyone is asked to sign. Nothing on this page is a substitute for those numbers.

The homeowner’s utility bill after an agreement is based on the rate in that agreement, which is set in writing before anyone is asked to sign. This page does not promise a savings percentage, bill elimination, or that every roof qualifies.

Does EverLume serve Cook County or Indiana?

No. Cook County is out of market. Indiana is out of market. Oak Brook is DuPage parcels only.
